FAQ
The course takes place at the surf spot that best suits the current conditions and your surfing level. The times depend on the tides – we will always let you know the exact start times one day in advance.
Our surf instructors speak English, French, some German and, of course, Arabic.
In our group lessons, participants of the same surfing ability always learn together. We offer a range of courses tailored to different surfing levels.
In our private lessons (twin or family lessons), we are flexible and also teach people of different abilities together. We structure the lessons so that everyone gets the most out of them and has fun.
All our surf instructors are ISA-certified and trained lifeguards. We maintain a strict supervision ratio of a maximum of 6 participants per surf instructor. Depending on the age and number of children, we adjust the supervision ratio individually to ensure the best possible care.
The course lasts 2 hours. Including pick-up and spot selection, you should plan for between 3-4 hours.
No previous knowledge is necessary. Being able to swim is of course an advantage, but in our beginner courses we only move in shallow water, so this is not a requirement. If you want to get into the line-up, being a confident swimmer is essential.
There are many surf spots in the area, so we can usually find a suitable alternative. We also offer the option of postponing the course. If a course is cancelled due to bad weather, you will not be charged.
Payment can be made in cash in dirhams, euros, pounds or dollars. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal, but this incurs a 4.5% fee.
